That worked o.k then.
Some notes on the vid:
Didn't put it on you-tube as it is not "polished", rehearsed and BZ top was in the wash heh heh. It was he first time I have put it all together like that but obviously the BZ curriculum gives you it piece by piece.
The first exercise is using the body-motion from Abierta-Serada to avoid the stick. Simple but fun! A big part of BZ for me is moving just enough so the attack doesn't reach you and then closing the gap as quickly as possible.
The 2nd we were just practicing the "Cyclone" movement with sword, knife and empty hand. We are not to worried about the combat "Application" as certain times it would have been more appropriate to disable the weapon / move in but we were trying to work on the flow and I was trying to get my damn feet moving in correlation with the rest of my body!
Anyway, hope you enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun and I look forward to doing it again as the "Cyclone" feels more natural now.
